If the EA won't install on your MT5 within 7 days of license activation, we refund in full — no questions asked. Once you've placed a live trade with it, the license is non-refundable. We're a small team and refund abuse gets accounts blocked.
Why one payment instead of a subscription?
The agents are the product. A recurring fee would force us to invent recurring "value" that doesn't actually help your trading — new dashboards, new buttons, new "features" billed monthly. Can I move the license between MT5 accounts?
Yes. The license binds to one broker account at a time, and you can re-bind it from your dashboard. Handy when you move from demo to live, or switch broker (IC Markets → Tickmill, for example). Re-binding takes about five minutes.
What if my crypto payment is delayed by network congestion?
The bot watches the blockchain continuously. The moment your transaction hits the required confirmations (1 for TRC20/BEP20, 3 for ERC20), the license activates automatically. If nothing happens after 30 minutes, paste the transaction hash into the support chat — we resolve it manually within the hour.
Why offer broker partnerships if I can just buy the EA?
